All prices include 25% VAT. We reserve the right to adjust the price in response to price changes caused by changes from suppliers, misprints in the price list, or errors in prices due to inaccurate information.
Payment Visa / Mastercard
Payments are charged to your credit card in advance. We use PCI certified payment technology. It follows the 3D Secure worldwide security standard developed by Visa and MasterCard. The transfer of credit card information is made with SSL encryption.
If you are paying by PayPal, you must have a PayPal account.
KLARNA – only available in Sweden.
We co-operate with KLARNA, payment by invoice, monthly invoice and payment. Normal credit review without a courtesy copy is made, and delivery is only to the registered address.
The Personal Data Act (PUL )
We do not store your customer information for any reason other than for tracking your order. We have adhered to the Personal Data Act since it came into force in 1998. You are free to request a copy of the customer information we hold for you for corrections to be made, or to ask us to remove your information from our records.
Products will be sent out around 10th of December to Europe/Asia and late January/early February US. We are taking pre-orders at www.bruzzoni.com, where you can also find our current special offers and promotions.
Production & Delivery
We are working with TTI (www.ttigroup.com), a world class leader in design and manufacturing, with over 25 years’ experience in the production of hi-tech products for world famous brands such as AEG, RYOBI, Milwaukee, Homelite, Empire and many more.
At their advanced technology laboratory, Bruzzoni products can undergo extensive material, water and sound testing so we can be sure our products meet the highest possible standards.
We also work with an external Quality Inspector who makes sure our quality, time and delivery schedules are all being followed as planned.
We will ship worldwide using DirectLink as our delivery partner. They have wide ranging experience in sending express global deliveries by air, sea, road and rail.
Their logistical expertise gives our customers an easy way to track their packages, so they can be sure their order will arrive quickly, safely and securely.
After 15th of December the products will ship out with a delivery time between 3-5 days unless otherwise specified.
Returns – Right of withdrawal
- When returning the product, it must be in saleable condition and in unopened packaging.
- The right does not apply to specially ordered or specially manufactured products, such as Gift Cards with personal messages, names etc.
- The product must be returned within a statutory period of 14 days from the date you received the goods you ordered.
- You cannot use the Right of Withdrawal pursuant by the Swedish law on goods where the seal has been broken.
- When returning products, the customer pays for the return shipping.
- When exercising the Right of Withdrawal, you will be refunded the full amount.
To be able to return the product it must be in such a shape that we can resell the product without any difficulties since this is a hygiene product.
Defect products – Complaints
If you think the product is defective – or if you don’t want to accept the product – please email us at email@example.com. We will then send all return shipping instructions and address information to you. If you have a complaint, please let us know as soon as possible.
If we are unable to deliver your goods to the address you have provided, we’ll charge you our cost for delivery, return and handling. The cost is currently 395 SEK. Uncollected goods are not counted as cancellation of your order.
In the event of any dispute, we will follow Consumer Complaints Board recommendations.
We reserve for typographical errors on this site, as well as end – product sales. Images of products might not reflect the product’s exact appearance due to colour differences on monitors, photo quality or reproduction resolution.
We take no responsibility for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control such as labour disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced supplies or non-delivery from the supplier. Furthermore, we take no responsibility for any changes in the products/product characteristics as amended by the respective supplier or other factors beyond our control. The company is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage or loss that has been caused by the customer.
