HOW DO I CHARGE MY PRODUCTS?

Charge your Bruzzoni toothbrush by placing it on the induction plate. The induction plate has a power cable with a USB connection which can be connected via the adapter (included) or via your computer See illustration

Why the soft brush heads?

Since some types of toothpaste contain substances which should not be used with high oscillation toothbrushes, we use soft brush heads to protect tooth enamel. The combination of incorrect toothpaste, high-speed brushing and harder brush heads can result in tarnished enamel.

WARRANTY

We warranty our toothbrushes for 2 years after purchase. Please see Delivery - Warranty for more details.

Can I use brush heads from other manufacturers?

No, only Bruzzoni brush heads can be used with the Bruzzoni handle. Bruzzoni offers additional brush heads in packs of 2 or 4, as well as via subscription.

We ship globally. Delivery takes 5-10 business days. Once your order has been sent from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking ID with instructions via email.

HOW DO I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

Once your order has been sent from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking ID with instructions via email.

WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED A TRACKING NUMBER?

Once your order has been sent from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking ID with instructions via email. If you have not received the email, please check your spam filter. If you have not received the tracking-ID 48 hours after placing your order, please contact customer support at info@bruzzoni.com. Please specify your order number in the subject line of your email so that we can help you more quickly.

Returns

I WANT TO RETURN MY PRODUCT

Please note that Bruzzoni toothbrush is considered a hygiene article. Thus the packaging must be unbroken and in a condition in which it can be sold again.

Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for costs incurred from returning the product.

If the conditions to return your Bruzzoni product are fulfilled, you will be refunded the full amount of the product.

MY PRODUCT IS BROKEN

In case of defects in the product, BRUZZONI must be notified within a reasonable time (2 months) after the consumer has noticed or should have noticed the defect in the product. The complaint must contain details about the defect, making it possible for customer service to recreate the defect. If a product defect occurs within the first 6 months, the burden of proof is on BRUZZONI. If the complaint occurs after 6 months, you, the consumer, have the burden of proof that the defect was there originally.

For product failure and return forms, please contact support@bruzzoni.com after we have processed your case and decided to send you a return form.

When we have received the product from you and after we have scanned it for errors, we will contact you and tell you how the case will be processed. We decide if we will send you a new product (for product failure not caused by the consumer) or if you, the consumer, have caused the product failure. In such cases, we will charge you for shipping costs and further expenses for error scanning and logistics.

As a consumer, you have 3 years to complain about product failure, and the product failure should be reported within 2 months after the consumer has observed the failure.

If BRUZZONI finds that this is a matter of a faulty product and that the failure is not caused by the consumer, BRUZZONI shall at its own expense rectify the defect in the product or replace the product with a new product. For valid complaints, BRUZZONI pays for return shipping.

Contact us at support@bruzzoni.com explaining why you don’t accept the product and why you perceive it to be defective. We will send you the information you need for shipping. Always register your complaints as soon as possible!

When providing any of your personal information to Bruzzoni (Name, phone numbers, company name, address, email address, etc), we will never dispense or sell this information to any other external company, or persons, for its use in marketing or solicitation without your consent. HOW DO I USE MY DISCOUNT CODE?

The coupon can be applied both in the checkout and in the basket. We recommend that you use the shopping basket and apply your code there and then go to checkout. See the images below for an illustration.
